Located in Pittsburgh's Strip District,
Gaucho Parrilla Argentina serves
wood-fired delights with
an Argentine flare.
Unlike traditional restaurants we are "crash the counter" style
without table side service.
Once your entire party orders with the cashier we will find you a table in
our dining room or on our patio.
A food runner will deliver your order
to the table by calling your name.
Porters are on the floor to assist with refills, desserts, questions and bussing the tables.
Gaucho is first come, first serve
so we do not accept reservations.
We are BYOB for wine only with a $10 corkage fee per bottle.
Outside beer and spirits are not permitted.
We are excited to now offer wine, beer and spirits for purchase in Gaucho!
So you've made it to the Strip District,
now where to park?
There is metered parking
along Penn Ave that is free after 6pm.
Behind Gaucho, on Smallman Street,
there are large pay lots.
When parking on Smallman, you are able to reach us via the ramp behind the restaurant.
End of the line, baby.
On some nights, our line grows to a point that we hand out the "end of the line" sign. This is a promise to those that are in line that we will take care of them even if it's past our closing time.
It is also a courtesy to those arriving after the sign is out
that they may not make it to the counter.
Generally, the sign is handed out 60-90 minutes before our closing time so feel free to call and ask!
*The same goes for call ahead pickup orders, depending on business at the restaurant we may limit pickup orders to accommodate those guests that are here in the Strip!*
